You will be able do things like that with PhylloMachine plugin. It will be released soon.
The image below is a very quick ghscript (could be improved).

Thing is my friend need to laser cut so it's more complex than that. What is this new plugin ?

Ah, so this way does not serve, it generates a mesh.
Then I would do the individual parts, join by rows, and unroll them.

I hope someone can help you better.
