Clean up mesh after pull to curve

I'm currently working on pulling a mesh to curve boundary through kangaroo. However, the mesh edges at the boundaries are becoming faceted, and I'd like to know how to clean this up. (I want to be able to 3d print from this model, so clean flat edges are most preferable)

Any advice, help?
