algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Please see the attached image; I'm trying to find the radius of the shown arc that is tangent to point A, and tangent to a circle of radius R1 and centre at point C.

Does anyone know how to solve this equation?

Thanks, James

This problem needs more constrains, at the moment there is infinite amount of such arcs.

EDIT: What I mean - where does line AB comes from ?

Where does line AB comes from ? I mean, if you change the line AB by rotating it around the A point) you'll get different circles.

The yellow circle is the one to get the arc from.

EDIT : You can actually do a plane line intersection with the rotated line and plane, no need to do the line-line intersection (which also means that there is one component too much there).

I'm quite surprised that it works in any case...
