circle packing, attractor points, ellipse

Hey GH community

Is there anybody, who would have an idea how to create mix of packing and attracting. Basically i need to create tight nests with small circles packed and from some point circles are stretched, more like ellipse.

I will link something like that, instead of attractor point there is image, as i understand.

I would be in heaven, if somebody would know the answer.
