Changing the curvature on a surface to create alternating panel geometries.

Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to manipulate curves on a surface to create particular alternating 'panels'. I thought I might have to use either control points, attractor points or sweep rail 1 to create this but I have been unsuccessful in trying to use these components so far. I want to achieve the affect of alternating undulating 'panels'.

I will post a JPG of the desired shape and my script. If anyone could point me in the right direction in order to achieve such an affect that would be much appreciated.
