Center Point Rectangles on Random Gradient

My goal is to use the points projected by the existing script to be the center points of a rectangle pattern. I would also like it that the size of the rectangles reduce as it gets closer to the referenced line. If you open the 3dm youll see I used an attractor point and an attractor curve to get a similar result, but i would like to apply that look to these centerpoints.
