Cant export to 3ds max from rhino

there was some irregular surface if I export it was not plain may be due to baking the last construction mesh but without baking that I cant export to 3ds max

Your GH file makes a strangely shaped object.  It looks like it's sides have triangular cutouts. Is that what you intended?  Or should it have smooth, solid sides?
