Can you / How do you get (x,y) points from a DOMAIN 2?

We are trying to use the Graph Mapper to create an irregular grid and I have achieved this for one geometry (bubbles, see below), but I'm not sure how to input (U,V) data from a Domain 2 component into a Rectangular grid for our second geometry.

This definition has got the better of us! 

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
