can you help with this allianz arena modeling?

I was trying to make this stadium with grasshopper and kangaroo. To make the embossing effect, I set the force with the normal of each surface. Also set the anchor points with the points that are on the boundary of each surface. But as you can see in the picture, there are four areas that are breaking. It seems it doesn't have any anchor points so I manually brought the surfaces into rhino and edited. But even after I plugged the edited surfaces, it happens just the same. Can you guys notice the problem??
