I need calculate dynamic areas in this floor plans.

One alternative: remove one bedroom and increase the areas bedroons, according data in the Excel.

Other alternative: Only increase areas to two debroons, according Excel data.

I have dificult to do the algoritm...  :(  See the file ...  Thank's!
