c# How can i get segment like this?

i want to get segment duplicate border.

PolyCurve pc = c as PolyCurve;

Curve[] explode = pc.Explode();

c# result :

segment count = 3

but i need like this :

if use rhino explode command 

how can i get 7 segment use c#?
