Brep Join all objects by tree branch

Hi everyone, I'm working with a definition that creates a system of shutters on some rhino windows. They consist of a frame and some horizontal planks.

Each shutter is contained in a tree branch, and what I want is to Brep Join them before baking them so that i can work in rhino with each shutter separately. How can I do that?
