break the solver

is there a key combo or other way to cancel the current solution update. sometimes i forget to turn off the solver when modifying complex files and was hoping there was a way to just stop the current solution from finishing updating. like hitting 'esc'.   especially when using script components, a way to kill an infinite loop would be nice.

I too have wondered if this could be a new feature in GH. Watching paint dry can be so frustrating when you know you've got to go through it all again! And to make matters worse you only have yourself to blame.
