Box Morph Problem - Probably Simple Fix

I made a simple voronoi extrusion in rhino/grasshopper in another file to morph onto the surface. I can't figure out why the geometry won't box morph isn't working?

I think it may have something to do with my geometry (Screenshot 2)!? It's probably something stupid, but I'm trying to finish my thesis and I need a quick fix! Can anyone help?
