bending a surface along a path

Hello!

I´m searching for an option to bend a surface along a path in Grasshopper. I can´t use railcurves and an extrusion to generate the surface.

The grasshopper workflow is:

1. Feed an image to the image sampler
 
2. generate a mountainlike surface from the image

3. bend the surface along a path


I need suggestions for the Grasshopperlayout concerning any of the steps.

So far I was able to generate the surface from an image but the bending wouldn´t work at all.

I´m really thankful for any help because the problem has to solved during the next days!
