Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

This is a very frustrating issue, mostly because I cannot pin down what causes it.  It has been happening to me since installing Rhino 5.0 (the license I purchased) and Grasshopper for Rhino 5.0 on Windows 7 64-bit.

It seems that when I bake something (at least that is what I can pin it down to), The next command I run in Rhino stays active permanently.  As in, I cannot pres ESC to get out of the command, running any other command does not work (the command does not execute or cancel out the current command), and the cursor is always in 'pick' mode.  This does not happen if I am not running Grasshopper, meaning, it is only when I use Rhino + Grasshopper that this seems to be happening.

It would be less annoying if I could save my work, but I cannot save the Rhino model.  Grasshopper saves just fine.

Any ideas to track this down?

Sounds a lot like this bug: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/rhino-w-gh-not-accepting-...

Interesting to hear that the issue might be related to baking...

Thx, yes it seems like the same symptoms.  In my case, space does not help.  I will try to do the weird desktop juggling act to see if I at least can save the work...
