Bake on Text tags

I suppose this is a known bug by this time, but right click/Bake on normal and 3D text tags doesn't  work - Bake from the Solution menu does...

And what about the available sizes on the normal tag?  On the right click menu there is the choice of wee through large size, but here they all result in the same on-screen size - about the same size as a dot which is understandable - but since the type is less bold than the dots they are really hard to read, especially on a dark background.
