Attractor Points

I have made a grid of points and have two points which i would like to use as attractors. I want the perimeter points on the grid to remain in place no matter what attractors there are. Also I would like to limit the attraction to a certain x and y value so that they do not exceed these values.I am not sure how to do this. Thank you in advance!
