Attraction point + line for complex geometry

Hello everyone,

I have a question. I am trying to make the facade. this facade need to show the flowers are blowing away in the wind and i try to make the script that include the attraction point and line. which flowers are get away from the point and be in between two lines. i was wondering if any one can help me to make this script?
