Attracting points along a curve

Hi guys,

I am new here and have been working on my thesis project. Basically I am trying to control quite a lot of surfaces in Rhino , by introducing attracting points and curves. I have managed to make them work according to their distance, by adding them all to each attracting point and then subtracting each one of the rest of the attractors. I manage to make it work for curves , but it used to collect just the closest points , and therefore I end up with not extruded surfaces....Can someone help, I know that is a bit complicated to explain , so  I am attaching the file below. Thanks.
