Attracor Point

Hello there...

I have been trying to take this definition a bit further, however I have been struggling with ir for a while.... 
Basically Grouped in RED. I have an attarctor point affecting a list of points vertically. 
However, the difference is happening symmetrically and not locally. 

By locally I mean that ideally I would be able to have differences that arent simetrical. 
Despite the tower I have now, That its all being affected equally/simetrically, in the ideal tower I would have micro differences, SELECTED points that are moved in the Z value rather than having all POINTS moved...

Would be awesome if you guys have any proposals or interesting ideas!!!
