Attaching objects

Hello,

I wonder if anyone knows a way of "glue" objects together, so one follows the behavior of the other.

I wanted to rotate and move some solids according to some graphs, and I wish that some lines could rotate with them. Like if they were projected.

The purpose of this is building a physical model. And the lines are in fact guide lines to place all the pieces together.

Any suggestions?
