assigning an object to a mesh container without rhino 6DOF slicing

Hi

I am developing a GUI slicer for a 6DOF 3d printer, is it possible to assign a mesh-object to an appropriate container that enables visualisation of said mesh without manually loading it into rhino?

A little more info; The said mesh-object is a gripper for the robot designed in AutoDesk inventor. I would like the user to be able to load a blank Rhino canvas, then start grasshopper, load my slicer.gh file and then instantly display the previously imported gripper to appear on the canvas (for orientation, calibration and reference purpose).
