arrangement of biarcs

Hello.

My question is. I try to make an surface through biarcs between two curves.

both curves are having one center. So I would like to arrange the biarcs with a regular distance on the curves pointing to the drawing center. (like sunbeams)

I dont know how to solve this problem and would be very grateful for some help.
