Apply Mesh to Existing Surface - mesh developed with ladybug data

Hi all,

I developed a mesh that ladybug data exists on.  Once I have the mesh baked, I would like to apply it to an existing surface, or at least bound it to the polyine to get that data into the shape I want rather than the Bar type graph it gives me.  Is there anyway to do this?  

Also, I do not need the legend in the area, just the data for the time period.
