Any forms to smooth

Hi!

My question maybe not a problem even, but i've spent much time to search and now I still don't know how to do it. I have various 2d forms (curves) and don't know how to transform them to smooth curve.

Is there any nod or plugin to make that? And smth like that but to 3d mesh.

PS: And else, is it there any plugin or node, that makes all these forms similar to egg form (or round, circle), with ability to controle that "similarity"?

I'm, of course, not asking to make this for me just an advices or names of addons.
