Not enough information here. It's easy to generate a Cosine graph using Grasshopper, but the picture shows far more complicated curves than just a simple oriented sine-wave. There appears to be variable amplitudes, frequencies and non-linear orientations, as well as relationships between adjacent waves.

You'll have to be more specific about the geometry you wish to create.
