Angle Limit Problems

Hello,

So I am trying to create a moving louver element on the fascade of a building that I am designing for a class. The louvers react based on the sun's angle with the building but I am having problems limiting the angle of rotation because as the sun rotates around to the opposite side of the building the louvers on the far side should stop wide open instead of continuing on to become inverted. I tried to use a smaller than angle component but that then limits the rotation when the sun is on that side. I also tried to set a minimum but that creates the problem where the louvers do not move at all based on the sun's angle.

I would like to do this for the east, west, and south sides of the building. I have attached the rhino and grasshopper files below. Any assistance would be great. Thanks.
