Aligning one surface above another

Hi. I'm relatively new to Grasshopper, and I need a tool to manipulate a planar surface using graph mapper for a project I'm running.

I managed to do so, but I don't know how to align the new object to be at the same rotation, size and x,y location of the original. Also, the target object seems double-flipped. I'd appreciate it of someone helped and uploaded the correct way of doing this in a GH file. My code & images are Included.
