Align rectangles along curve

Hey guys, 

I want to create some rectangles/Squares and align them along a curve.

I already tried a bit but I have some problems with the following.

  • I want to change the orient point of the rectangles either to the centre of the rectangle or the midpoint of the side

  • I want to be able to change the size of each rectangle individually

I thought I could do this by using List but I got stuck there too.

If Im able to change the size individually I can also change the extrusion later on?

WHAT did I said? (he, he) in the other thread of yours?: ask individual control on items in collections (and manage variants of solutions) ... er ... after a year (or two).

But if you insist I'll provide the solution using weird and mysterious "components" that are ... er ... hmm ... not components at all.

For instance this does what you want using solely C# (You are not ready for this, mind - but never say never):

(he, he)*2

In the mean time get the simple thing.
