Adding thickness to 2d voronoi

Hi guys

I am using an adapted multiple voronoi attractors code from here, and am trying to get the thickness of the cells to also correspond to the distance they are away from the attractors, as shown in this post.
Although I do not want the overall cell size to increase like the example, just become more solid as they get denser
I am halfway there but cannot get the change in thickness and when the difference slider is adjusted the other attractors begin to interfere and create multiples
If someone could have a look and point me in the right direction that would be great
