Adaptie Facade Help

Hi guys,

Im finall gettng somewhere with my adaptive facade definition but have run into a few problems,that im hoping someone may be able to help with.

i would like the apertures to open relevant to their orientation to the solar point. i.e. when the solar point is directly facing an aperture it remains closed,when not it is fully open.

also when i subdivide my offset surface i does not create an evenly sized grid of rectangles, ideally i would like to keep the corner points to the pyramidal points.

any help would be much appreciated, i have attached my definition and rhino file.
