algorithmic modeling for Rhino

about nesting and reorienting faces of repeated geometry

I try to learn how to reorienting and nesting repeat geometry, but the results was different with i thought and taught in the book, I try to flip the normal of faces and do something else, but i cannot fix it to be all spread in order. the problem i think is the order of vertices dose change because the attractor or some reason. is there any pro can help me to make it right? I will be very appreciated.         ! )

There is another easier way but, it's not good always in terms of learning.

You'll need "TTToolbox" plug-in's "Unfold" component.

where is wrong with the diagram, why it came out the wrong way 

I guess you have used the wrong planes. See red group.
