A Space Frame system looking for fabrication suggestions

Hi.

I got this simple space frame system and I'm looking for a way too build a 1/100 model of it. I'm new to grasshopper so it may not be the best way to generate models like this but that's how I figured it out. So I'm looking for a way to maybe map the pipes of each row on a surface with 0.1m thickness so that I can laser cut them or something but I don't know what to do with the joints and specially spheres.

Btw, you have to set a 30x30m surface to the srf component in the beginning.
