8.0002 It's not a bug it's a feature!

I am finding that when setting Geometry to parameter components (points and curves) the behavior is different from previous releases. It used to be that selecting Set Point, for instance, would replace any points that were previously assigned to the component. It's not a big deal, but now I have to select Clear Values before selecting new geometry. I am curious if this was intentional or not, I certainly preferred it the other way, but maybe this has benefits that I am not aware of?

Actually I cannot repeat this. I tried using the Point parameter and a Geometry parameter, but no combination of Set One XXXX and Set Multiple XXXXs actually maintains the old collection. Clearly we're both doing something different. Can you walk me through the exact steps?

I can't get it to repeat either, it seems to be working fine now. If I encounter it again I will let you know and be aware of the steps I did to get there.
