3dsmax to rhino and gh

i am trying to bring in a surface into rhino from 3dsmax and create parametric panel using GH. any idea how do i do it. below is image of mesh i want to bring in. Currently its panneled in max but i want to do that in gH and use it later for fabrication purpose.
