3D Rotation to a desired angle

Hi, 

I am using Ladybug to simulate sun rays and trying to create a plane that will always reflect the ray back at a certain fixed point in space (in this definition this is the centre of a cylinder)

I have set up the definition so that the current ray is shown bouncing off the plane, whilst a line is created to show the desired reflection bounce. I am unsure of how to go about setting up a Rotate 3D component that will ensure that wherever the incoming sun ray is, the plane will be aligned so as to reflect the ray back at the centre of the cylinder. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Definition attached.
