3D Pattern Panelization Problem

Hi,

I don't know how to fix a penalization of my pattern in four-sided surface. I create my own 3d pattern in one divide surface and apply that to a whole model but in logic in divided surface it has a for example Y direction but when it applied to whole it goes flatin other sides of surface and I don't know how to fix this.
