3d panelling in grasshopper

hi guys, just wondering how to 3d panel in grasshopper, I've used 'relative item' to organize and offset points and eventually arrange them in a 2d panel pattern, but i am wondering how to extrude each of these panels up to several points (ie. each panel extrude to its own point above)
