3D koch tetrahedron

Hi all,

Have been attempting to replicate a 3D Koch tetrahedron using hoopsnake and following scripts I've seen in other discussions  but can not get mine to work and am not sure why? Image shows what I am aiming for, if anyone can post a script that works to achieve this or can take a look at my script attached to see where the error is, I would greatly appreciate it!
