3D CIRCLE PACKING

Dear Grasshopper Pros,
We have been working on the circle packing with the definition of Daniel Piker. Definition only works with the points that are on a plane. We are in need of generating that with some points are not planar. Other way to say we want circle packing generate itself on a curvy surface.
All kind of help is higly appreciated.
