30 St Mary Axe - "The Gherkin" - Cladding System

* Uses a surface I've created

* Keeps it's Dimensions (what ever shape I decide to have) SO through out the entire building there all the same shape, size & scale.

*The possibility to create frame / Truss work from the sides of each shape

Does anyone have or know how to create this definition, I kinda understand the basics of Grasshopper, and I have seen similar definitions like the one I want before but they use VB scriptable component and I have no idea on how to understand it so I guess my other question is, is it achievable to create in grasshopper with out creating VB scriptable component for it too?
