2d design graphic

Quite simply, are there any tutorials or examples of some good 2d graphics. Im a student and brand new to grasshopper doing my best to learn but feel im in over my head.

I attempted image sampler which kinda worked, the drawing i used is of a kid shooting pool, but its so grandiant with black and white it was tough to do....

If yall have ideas on fixing it that would help too.

But my next project we are to do a 2d graphic, and just want help, it can be a picture or even a cool design. Ive re-created a few projects and just want some help inspiration.... thanks
