1. Solution exception:'ascii' codec can't encode character '\u631' in position 271

hi everyone

I run honeybee model, optimization using energy plus. I get this error "1. Solution exception:'ascii' codec can't encode character '\u631' in position 271"

I guess there is  something wrong with python. i couldn't fix it. Can anyone help me with this?Untitled.png
