offset double sided and round curves

Hi all

Here's a simple gh file to offset your curve doublesided and adjust the rounding value.

It does not round exactly as in Rhino offset-both sides-round cap, but it is usefull

However, i tried to make such a definition. 

How can i do that in grasshopper?
