Excel to Grasshopper

I downloaded Damian Alamar’s excel reader for grasshopper the other day, can anyone explain to me how I can link my excel file to the grasshopper components? I need to divide an area in rhino using values from excel and I need the changes to happen in real time as I manipulate the excel data. (see attached grasshopper file)
