Tori Tori - Rojkind Kokkugia

Hi! I'm really new to grasshopper and I'm trying to model the the facade of Tori Tori on grasshopper. I vaguely understand that the skin of Tori Tori is made from a mesh that is warped using attractors. However, I can't figure out how to set up the mesh and the logic behind the placement of the attractors. I would really appreciate some advice on this!
