Urgent Help.

I need to give me ideas and help on two topics not solve them.
The first is to orient and arrange the two beams follow a same order radially around the circumference of base, and follow this order in the rest of the beams.
The second is to create at the intersection of these beams lace system between them to allow me to build reciprocal frames using the total construction of this tower.

Please if anyone has solutions to each of these problems they are grateful.
