Dependent solids

Hello!!

I would like to know how was House of Arts of Culture project designed. It´s a project of the portuguese studio Kaputt. I´ve plenty doubts to make it in grasshopper. A picture is attached.I appreciate your advice to address it. I know a little of grasshopper but this exceeds me.
