Surface evaluation of rectangle

Is there an explanation to why I keep getting points outside of the rectangle when evaluating it at UV 0,0 (rectangle reparameterized).

untrimmed and trimmed surface, try to bake both surfaces and see the control points, check this topic, David explains about this.
